Went to get an ear piercing and I’ve literally never seen a more unprofessional environment. I’ve gotten 8 piercings before this and I’ve never seen anything like it. The guy who helped me at the counter had little to no knowledge of piercings (told me I could change my cartilage earring to a hoop after 2-3 weeks). They also only had one option for an earring to be pierced with (a very tacky silver stud with a butterfly backing). Had me pay before I was pierced which I found questionable. I also purchased three other pieces of jewelry, was told it would be $15 each, and was charged 57 dollars. I asked about the price and he didn’t have an excuse—but he did lower it. I was sat down on a bench to wait and as I was sitting the piercer walked out. He was clearly very high and began arguing with the man at the counter (while I sat waiting in between them) about having smoked too much of his weed. At this point I got too nervous and asked for a refund on my piercing. I was told that he was unable to refund it even though I hadn’t received any service. After asking a second time, he was able to refund it just fine. And the store is also a smoke shop? It was all very off putting.

This place is selling fake vapes. One I purchased died after less than 5 hits. And when I looked closely I realized it's a knock off another popular brand. On top of that, I specifically asked for the pricing and was charged more than I was told. The place made no remedies to make this right. Avoid at all costs

Came here at 12:30 am after I lost my septum ring. Guy that helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. Left with several 16g rings that I really like! Can’t speak on their other services but the jewelry section is nice and came in sanitary packaging.

Christian was my tattoo artist and I must say he was amazing! Bilingual, patient, informative, very talented! Doing tattoos must be his passion because he appears to love his job. Informative on after care and is quick yet so efficient!! Can’t wait to get my next tattoo here!

Went in for a late night nipple piercing.

Pierced the hole but then couldn’t get the ring through. Said this has never happened before and was very strange. Suggested I “get it checked out” suggesting it’s my problem. As someone who has several piercings and even more tattoos, this was odd to me.

I went to the counter to get my refund (thankfully I was given one, at least we’ll see on my card in a few days). I even tried to salvage it by saying, hey, why don’t we do a different piercing or tattoo. The piercer was nervous (and said so) at this point which gave me no confidence, and they wouldn’t give me a tattoo to make up for the mistake. Left with a hole in my nipple and nothing to show for it. Will not be returning.

Came in for a standard helix piercing, left with a bad taste in my mouth. The piercer and guy working the desk weren’t on the same page, and it was unclear what jewelry I’d be piercing with. When I asked if I would be getting pierced with a standard flat back earring, the piercer was very nasty to me and told me they only pierced with push back earrings. I have 15 piercings and he told me I didn’t know what I was talking about.

They refused to perform the piercing with proper jewelry, instead insisting to use something that would’ve absolutely trapped an infection. Ran for the hills and went to 6 Skulls down the block , where they exclusively pierce with flat-backs and are certified piercers with safe jewelry.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I initially went for a piercing and the guy who took care of me and pierced me Muhammad was so kind. Made me feel very comfortable and very professional. He explained the healing process and the piercing was SO QUICK AND PAINLESS! My experience was so good I went back the next day and got a tattoo with my brother. The tattoo artist Alessandra was very sweet and patient with me, I appreciated that very much. I have told all my friends and family about this place and my time there. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE.
