Cold windy day in Nov, stopped by Ponce Market for some hot Pho Dac Biet. The various proteins were well cooked and tender. It was great to see the large pots simmering in the kitchen as they prepared for the lunch rush.

Service was fast considering it was lunch time and they only had a few folks available. If you like pho and are at Ponce market swing by and give Vietvana a try!

The best pho I have had in three different states. Had the beef brisket with beef broth. The brisket was so tender and broth had wonderful flavor. Wished they would had added a bit more bean sprouts. But when the both is too good, i guess it just doesn't matter. Husband had the Bahn mi and really enjoyed it.

I had order a banh mi and pho. And found a dead big in my banh mi sandwich. I can't give this anything other and one star. I did show the cashier and got a refund that I should receive in 48hrs and I gave back the meal.

What a gem! I tried the firecracker shrimp, and it was crispy on the outside and flavorful inside. I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was blown away by the quality of the food. The VEGETARIAN EGG ROLL was crispy and flavorful, with a great balance of textures. The pho was amazing – the broth was rich and full of flavor, and the fresh vegetables added so much to the dish. The staff were quick and very welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes!

I had a fantastic lunch today! The lemongrass chicken sandwich was perfect with fresh banh mi crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pho here is also outstanding; the broth is very flavorful and the ingredients are super fresh. Definitely coming back for more!
