The whole ghost kitchen was different and a bit weird, but that shouldn’t stop you from trying this place. Nice spice to the chicken. Chicken tenders were juicy. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Mac and cheese was very good. Banana pudding was great. Everything was good.

I’m 100% sure we got the wrong order, or someone in the kitchen was not doing their job.

When I received my order, I was missing a coleslaw slide, the chicken sandwiches were not labeled “Good Smack” or “Hot Smack,” and both chicken sandwiches tasted very spicy. My wife ordered a good smack expecting a kick, but I’m sure we both got the spiciest option. She could not eat her sandwich.

Also, the service was very mediocre. All the workers by the register were busy and had a poor attitude. There was one young gentleman who had a great attitude, stopped for a moment, gave us guidance with our order and later informed us our order was still being made. The other lady had an AirPod in her ear avoiding contact. We didn’t have a dedicated person or someone at the register readily available to assist us with our order or available to take orders.

We were handed a tablet with no further instructions to order our food. The gadget to swipe your card to pay didn’t even work.

When waiting for our food, we did wait 5-10 minutes over the 15 minutes promised. We weren’t given an option to receive a physical receipt and my order was not labeled that it belonged to me.

If we didn’t receive the wrong order, the kitchen had poor attention to detail. I cannot lie, the sandwich was tasty. I did enjoy it. But all in all, the poor service, the price, and the blunder made by the kitchen — this was absolutely not worth the price. We’re very disappointed with our order and we most likely will not return.

We ordered through the tablet on the counter for takeout, but when we got home, we found our order was not only wrong but missing items as well. We tried calling the restaurant to address the issues, but the call wouldn’t even ring through. There were no labels on the food to indicate spice levels, making it troubling to figure out what we received. Also their card reader was down at payment, and the wait time was long as well. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

Ordered on-line which never updated to show the order was ready despite constantly refreshing the page. Got to the car and noticed part of the order was missing. The tenders, sandwich, fries and Mac and cheese were very good. Tenders are huge. Would be helpful if they removed the tendons.

The food itself was very good. The sandwiches are big and filling. But they give you like 7 fries. I got the hottest spice and it IS ACTUALLY super spicy. But I did think it was super weird that they automatically take a “tip” of like three dollars from you without your consent. As you check out it says 14 bucks then when you go to pay it goes up like two bucks out of nowhere. Then on the emailed receipt it says “tip- 2.87” or something. Other than that it was good.

The pictures are crazy misleading. I came for the banana pudding and there were ZERO cookies in it. Unbelievable... The sandwiches are smaller than the pics they show too. I got the one with Mac and cheese. It was pretty good, but the chicken wasn't that wide so I ate part of it with no meat.

I love the burgers, especially the smack and cheese but today I got my order and no Mac and cheese in it. My whole order all messed up, I have order 4 times and this is the first time happening and the burger wasn’t even a good smack it was the no smack for some reason.

OMG!! I tried Smack Bird for the first time! It was good.. I had the Big Bird with fries.. Y’all, let me tell you, Those Fries are seasoned just right.. my chicken was crispy and juicy.. that Smack Sauce! Forget about it! I mean, Don’t forget about it, you will want some! Glad I gave them a try..
It really did Smack!
