Stopped by for a quick dinner while visiting the area. Service was great from ordering, bringing food out, checking how things were going, and clearing the table. It was an off time, so was able to order right away and grab any table.

Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which came with Curly Fries. Food came out within 10 minutes and was freshly made. Sandwich was made with Texas Toast and had 3 large strips of chicken. Spice was just right. The bowls sounded good too, but will have to try next time. Good food with good service.

This was my second visit and it was as fabulous as the first! I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. Wow, what a mouthwatering blend of spicy, crispy chicken, cool slaw and tangy pickles on toasted bread! And the curly fries were the best I’ve had in a long time.
Friendly, fast service and a clean space added to the enjoyment. This small place left a big, positive impression! I’ll definitely return.

This place rocks! It's kind of off the beaten path, but it's worth the detour! The food is excellent and plentiful! We asked for a special order to go and they were more than willing to put it together for us with all the bells and whistles. The street tacos were amazing! This is a must stop on Taco Tuesdays!!

Ruby Ru's Street Eatery is an absolute gem! I've been a loyal customer of their chicken teriyaki bowl for ages, and it never disappoints.

The medium-sized portion is incredibly generous, packed with fresh ingredients, and the chicken is so tender and juicy it melts in your mouth. The teriyaki sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Perfectly priced comfort food. I have eaten here 1-2 times per week for about 2 years, and they have NEVER gotten a single thing wrong on my order, even if I'm ordering for 4 people during the dinner rush. I have tried almost everything on the menu, and can honestly say I've never disliked a single thing. I really can't think of many other restaurants that meet the same price, quality, and consistency.

First time to Ruby Ru’s after seeking lunch suggestions on a Boulder County Foodie Group…the recommendation DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! I love a no frills, street eatery and Ruby Ru’s lives up to that. Staff was attentive, inviting, and personable.

The Bourbon Chicken was cooked perfectly! I really enjoyed their take on Hawaiian Mac Salad. Cajun potatoes killer!

Turkey Pesto Sandwich was super yummy! The pesto is incredibly delicious and the bread was the perfect complement to the sandwich..

Cost and portion size are spot on! 10/10 We will be coming back for sure!!!
