The service at the Grand Prix in Melbourne was horrid, and the male taking the orders requires to learn manners. I understand it’s busy, but a simple question requires a simple answer not a harsh sarcastic remark. You’re making schnitzel not saving lives.

Thought I’d have this as I hadn’t had it in a while, boy do I regret that now. Chips were over cooked and crunchy as hell. Liked they have been cooked 40 times, it wasn’t busy I was the only one waiting so. It just wasn’t the same as it use to be or I remember. Also not as packed but I guess that comes with the price of everything these days.

I asked if the food was halal before ordering and the owner confirmed that it was. However, when I received my food there was bacon hidden under the sauce. I then took it back and told the cashier “there’s bacon in the sauce, could I just get it without the bacon”. He then replied “just take it off and bless it mate” and “your beliefs aren’t my problem”. As an Australian born Muslim I’ve never experienced such disrespect in my entire life and am truly hurt from this interaction.

I told them it was my first time here and not to disappoint me, the most definitely did not! Perfectly crumbed chicken and nice chips with a beautiful mushroom sauce. Great bizz with great food

I've been coming to this place on a regular basis for quite some time now and found that the food is just awesome..especially the Caesar wrap.The food is always fresh and not overcooked. The chicken is so tender with a nice crispy crumbed surface. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and not to mention that they are super efficient too. A big thanks for the great service guy's ! A++
