I'm in town for 'business travel' and this place popped up on Google. Needless to say, the 'All-Day Breakfast Burritos' - drew me in and I make it a point to try local restaurants when on business.

I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap and the Breakfast Burrito. The food did not disappoint...Both wraps are HUGE, delicious, and fresh - and I want to emphasize that they are literally HUGE!!! I wish we had this spot in Texas...Overall, I'll be back - whenever I'm in town, this is a priority visit!

I visited Roll Up Restaurant today and ordered the bacon breakfast burrito, which came with a flavorful side dish featuring pork, peppers, and other tasty ingredients. You can tell that whoever crafted this meal put so much care and love into it—the flavors were incredible! It was a bit on the pricey side at $31 for two meals (plus tip), but honestly, it was worth every penny.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff were exceptionally kind. Special shoutout to the girl at the front desk who was working around 8 a.m.—she had the cutest black boots and, if I remember correctly, pink hair. She and the rest of the team made the experience even better with their friendly service.

Overall, the food, the vibe, and the service were top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back, and I'll be telling my friends all about it. Highly recommend!

My wife brought home some Chicken Street Tacos from Roll Up a while back and was impressed by how delicious they were and the green salsa is to die for! Coworkers of mine tell me how much they love their breakfast burritos. Finally I got to stop by and dine in this morning with my wife and ordered the Green Chili Smothered Breakfast Burrito and it didn't disappoint. This thing was packed tight with all the all the fixings and smothered with delicious green chili. Great work team! We'll be back again soon and order the Chorizo Breakfast Tacos next.

We’re driving home to Denver and going through Colorado Springs and found Roll Up and definitely a top 5 burrito I’ve had my entire 18 years I’ve been in Colorado. Highly recommend stopping by here.

And the burritos are at a great price point for the size of burrito you get.

Only reason I have atmosphere a 4 star is because it’s sitting next to a gas station.

Brought some out of town guests here for a unique Colorado inspired dinner. Overall everyone enjoyed their meal. Food came out fast and hot.
I got the slopper and was pretty disappointed by the amount of cheese thrown on. It totally cancelled out any flavor of green Chile. The burger was tender and good though. Next time I would just order no cheese though.
The monte Cristo rolls were a hit as well as the chicken bacon ranch wrap. Tons of meat on the quesabirria melt.

This place has the best food in Colorado Springs! I think I'd actually cry if they ever closed! Now they have a liquor license! What a great place to chill and support local businesses! The staff is amazingly friendly. The food is fantastic and a huge portion for what you pay. They cook everything out back in a food truck and serve it hot. The only negative of this place could possibly be the calories!

This restaurant serves very good comfort food. I ordered the half and half tater tots. These tots were covered with bacon and one half of the tots covered with sausage gravy and other covered with hatch green chili sauce; topped with an egg. This meal was delicious, but very heavy and will feed two or more people.

I also ordered the empanadas stuffed with Birria (shredded Mexican style stewed beef) and cheese, accompanied with an amazing consume dipping sauce. The empanadas were delicious, but definitely a portion big enough for two or more people.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the mood for great comfort food.

You’re in need of stopping by this place today. We had lunch, and it exceeded expectations. Staff is friendly, helpful when ordering, food comes quick and the food is amazing. Flavor is there, plenty in portions, price is right on par for quality and portions.

Wife and I enjoyed the burgers, but you cannot leave without cheesecake egg rolls. Bathroom was clean, too! That’s a plus.
