A magnificent place to visit and shop. All the candy you can imagine, there are even items imported from other countries. Starting with the candy, from the waist up, they have all of the candy laid out stacked on shelves and counters all around the store. As you look at the shelves and counters below the waist, there you can find all of the vintage, rare, and hard to find bottled soda. This place has it all for the sweet tooth. Look a bit higher within the shop, and they have tin advertising signs of all kinds for purchase. A walk around the store is a very visual experience.

It's was an experience. I had never been and went with my nieces. It brought back lots of memories for the candy. The store has a large assortment of sodas and other odds and ends such as bandaids. The cashier was not as pleasant as I expected. My niece loves the variety of candy.

When you first walk in there is music playing. It is very cool the way they display the candy and pop products from all around. The store is very fun to walk around. There is all kinds of products from China and around the world and from our past. There was no staff to greet people like welcome in etc. I noticed that customers had to hunt down someone to check them out. Then the person would disappear again. When I needed checked out I walked up behind another customer. The cashier did not say a word or even look at me. She rung me up gave me a total I gave her my money and that was that. She turned and walked away. The prices are very spendy in the store. Very cool looking store though.

Anytime I come to Lakeside Village or am in the vicinity I always make a stop at Rocket Fizz and get a soda. There is a mind-glowingly wide selection of not only root beers and cokes, but literally any kind of soda you can imagine. And I really do mean ANY kind- they even have crazy flavors like grass soda, corn soda, and bacon soda! There is so much to look at, you can walk around the stores several times and find something new with each lap. So many funny candies I never knew existed. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because they are definitely on the pricier side. Some of the popular candies there are a few dollars more than if you got them at a nearby grocery or convenience store. But, I do understand they have a lot of candies and drinks you cannot find at a normal grocery store, so they are probably allowed to charge a little more for some of those things. Either way I’m going to keep coming back and trying more of their fun sodas! (But probably not the grass one anytime soon) P.S if you are looking for the best root beer/ soda ever, I HIGHLY recommend the butterscotch root beer from the “Dang! that’s Good” brand, pictured below. Prepare to have your taste buds dazzled.

If you’re looking for weird candy, international treats, or bizarre sodas, Rocket Fizz is a must visit. They have such a wide variety of options of both classic candies from the past, and unique and tasty candies from today.
