Primera vez probando pizza estilo Detroit y me encantó. Buena calidad de ingredientes y perfecto dorado en las orillas de la pizza le dan el toque especial.
No pudimos comer dentro del restaurante porque ya iban a cerrar pero pudimos ordenar para llevar.

I’ve been eager to try this place ever since I first heard about it two years ago, and it did not disappoint. Visiting from Honolulu, dining out in LA is always a highlight for me, and this experience was a standout.

We ordered the gem lettuce salad, a whole pepperoni pizza, and the quince brown butter tart. The gem lettuce salad was vibrant, incredibly fresh, and bursting with flavor. I even remarked to my partner that the lettuce had such a distinctive, complex taste that it had to be straight from the farmers market.

The Detroit style pie was everything you want it to be— steaming hot, cheesy, with perfectly crispy edges. The flavorful sauce had just the right twang to balance it all out. And the quince brown butter tart? It was a sublime finish to the meal. Its rich buttery notes paired beautifully with the quince.

Beyond the food, the service, music, and overall vibe were great—a solid 10/10. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in LA!

This was honestly the best pizza I have ever had!!! Please keep the Polish Yacht Club was my favourite and I hope it becomes a menu staple. The pepperoni and Sicilian corner were also amazing. Try then with the chili paste for an extra kick!

Both the desserts (princess cake and ice cream sundae) both slapped!

This is one of the 150/100 kind of place! Definitely coming back!

Very delicious pizza and amazing desserts! It’s the best of both worlds. They have daily specials but I didn’t end up getting what they had, I went with the classic pepperoni and the tomato slice and both were excellent. The desserts were my favorite! If you stop by I highly recommend getting something sweet on the way out. It getting busy very fast so come very early or make a reservation ahead of time. Cute atmosphere.

the host was so kind and accommodating and checked in with us about the wait. we ordered a whole pie of the polish riviera which was vegetarian and amazing. so delicious, i can’t wait to eat the slices i brought home. we also ordered the chocolate pie which was rich and decadent. can’t wait to go back and get the gem salad which looked so good, and try a new pizza and dessert.

Amazing pizza and dessert. The pepperoni slice had a really strong flavored tomato sauce which I really enjoyed. The edges had the burnt cheese crust which contrasted with the crispy and chewy interior.

From a grapefruit hater, the white grapefruit cream pie was incredible. You can definitely tell it was grapefruit, but the bitterness was tempered by the salty crust and rich slightly sweet cream.

The bar pie is also very nice. Quite different than other thin crusts. Worth a try in a group, though the Detroit style is quite nice.

Big crowd and had to eat at a bench as a walk in. Absolutely worth it.

Food was delicious! We kept it simple as we came there to have the “BAR PIE” as its only served dine in and on Wednesday/Friday

Stepping into this effortlessly cool pizza joint where the old-school vibe lets the food take center stage. While their pizzas are quite good, they are merely a prelude to the sensational desserts crafted by their wildly talented pastry chef and co-owner. My timing was spot-on, arriving about an hour after opening on a Thursday meant a bar seat after a short wait.

Starting with the seasonal weiser melon salad is a choice I’d make again. The melon was crisp and sweet, accompanied with persian cucumber and sprinkled with coriander and sesame. The piña sauce added a tropical twist.

Then came the pizza lineup. Each slice is distinct in its own right, yet formed a quasi pizza ensemble. The sicilian corner, with its sweet peppers, sausage, pecorino, and chili oil, balanced atop mozzarella with a toasted crust crackling with flavor. The bianca slice was the sleeper hit—the freshness of the sungold tomatoes brought a garden-like quality and paired with a pistachio pesto. The red top was as classic as it gets with mozzarella, red sauce, and a basil flourish, while the pepperoni slice, topped with grana, mozzarella, and sauce, delivered that familiar, beloved comfort with a crispy edge (though a bit more pepperoni wouldn’t hurt).

Now to the star—princess cake. I heard the hype, but as someone who isn’t exactly a “cake person” I was unprepared for how good this was. The olive oil chiffon soft as clouds, the mascarpone chantilly whipped super light, and the raspberry preserves tasted like they’d just come from a berry field. Wrapped in almond marzipan, it had me savoring every last bite, and in no time, my plate was empty. It was quite simply one of the best desserts I’ve had in some time.

It may be known for its pizza, but the desserts set it apart. This gem could easily pull you back just for its sweets, even if you didn’t start as a dessert enthusiast. The pizza is an absolute delight, but the dessert euphoria is the memory you take home and share with others. Add in super friendly service and an unpretentious vibe, and you’ve got a place you’ll want to return to—for dessert, at the very least.
