HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS

The owner Tricia will blatantly and belligerently rip off other small businesses without a care in the world.

I helped with a large delivery from NYC that my employer did for POP up home and Tricia.

Tricia, the owner of Pop Up Home, completely ripped off my employer. After 7 weeks of non-payment and many hours of chasing down the payment, she still has not paid a single dollar of the thousands of dollars owed.

She has given every excuse in the book and many hollow promises to “pay the next day”. And now she has completely ghosted us. A complete runaround

My employer is having to take her to court.

She stole from a small business. We’re a small company and it affects everyone in the organization. There were 7 different people across the country that were involved in the move and it impacts each one of us PERSONALLY.

HORRIBLE ethics from POP UP HOME & TRICIA.

When you buy from them just know that you are buying from crooks.

*BEWARE OF TRICIA & POP UP HOME*

I have a furniture delivery company that has been working with Pop up Home, owned by Tricia, for the last 3 years. We’ve done a lot of business together. 6 weeks ago we delivered an order of dozens of pieces of high end furniture that they purchased from an Auction house all the way in NYC.

It has been 6 weeks now and we have still not been paid the $2,500 that Tricia owes me. I have reached out dozens of times to get the payment squared away. I have received nothing but hollow promises to “pay the next day” and my last 5 very cordial texts to Tricia have been completely ignored.

Pop Up Home & Tricia’s lack of integrity and disregard for those who contribute to their success is utterly unacceptable. It's disheartening to see a company tarnish its reputation by failing to uphold BASIC ETHICAL STANDARDS. If this is how they treat their partners, I can only imagine the hardships their customers may face.

Beware of Tricia. This woman will steal your money if the opportunity arises. Over a year ago she took a painting from me which she agreed to sell. After no word for nearly a year I reached out as to where the money or painting was. At first she asked for a delivery address and promised my painting was on the way. After multiple excuses and bogus stories she got nasty in defense and then claimed I owed her money, not to me personally but the friend who introduced us - somehow trying to defend her theft. Steer clear of Popup home and Tricia.
