From the moment we walked in we had staff helping us and answering every question we had. As a visitor from Texas, I really appreciated that. They were very helpful and professional. My family of six were able to go ice skating on the top floor and asked if we needed or wanted anything else. We were offered hot chocolate which was delicious by the way. Going to the lower level we found a table (they had plenty available) and the waitress came and took our order, the food came out pretty fast and it was really good. My four boys really enjoyed it and off to play they went. This place is definitely one I would recommend to anyone.

Minus one star for the not-seamless transition from one tab to the next. If you have a server and go to a different game, your next server can’t access your former tab, which seems like a major flaw. The atmosphere is really nice. Both upstairs and downstairs are nice places to hang out. My nachos were alright, and my first drink was pretty good while the second one didn’t seem to match it. Not sure I’d wanna come here on the weekend because of how you’d probably have to park a mile away, but pretty fun for a weeknight. If I get invited to come here again I think I give it another go.

I visited pindustry with my boyfriend for a work thing he had and we brought our two-year-old. While she did have fun rolling the little bowling balls they're really wasn't much else for her to do so this isn't a good place to take like little kids unless you're just bowling but otherwise I thought it was fantastic. Their food was really yummy. And the staff are all so awesome! I look forward to coming back

Got there at 7:30 p.m. we went on the side where the games were at this time there was a live band getting ready to play I believe for 8:00 p.m. and during that time being that it was our first time there they have I guess open seating and we every time that we we we're advised by staff to find seating and customers would say that the seats were taken when nobody was there at those seats they just had their like jacket on the table and this is after watching for a while. It got to be discouraging. I spoke to staff on behalf of my family the waiters and waitresses sharing our experience , we couldn't even stand and get a plate because we had to be sitting in order to be served FYI so it was my daughter's 23rd birthday 11/22 and I was giving I HAD RECEIVED SUCH GREAT FEEDBACK this information at my job telling me how vibrant the atmosphere is that the food is great and there's many games to be competitive in and to our dismay it was not a great experience we even went to the second floor as stated by the waitress who has stated there's a bar on the top and but the the event happening up there is not the same as the first floor but I will say that the staff is nice but I'll customers that was in that building were not and I would not like to charge it to our color I would just like to charge it to it being a fantastic Friday the prior to Thanksgiving week and that the people were busy but we did not have a good time it hurt our feelings and I know that my daughter could have had a better birthday. Honestly I don't know what we could have done better but we did take a picture there anyway because the creativity and the entrance area was very inviting thank you.

It's more for young, loud crowd.

Very loud as space is more industrial building converted for party venue. Geared more for young adults.

Food is not what they care that much for. beer, alcohols are more in their care.

This really is a very neat and fun place. We did not have any food because it was late. We however did have drinks. I ordered my usual Moscow Mule and my husband ordered whatever he orders. Let me just say it was less than satisfactory. First off, it was in a tall glass and tasted more like they had put sour mix in it instead of ginger beer. So no copper cup, strike 1. Tall glass, strike 2. Sour mix that didn't really taste like ginger beer strike 3. Hardly tasted any Titos vodka in it Strike 4. I guess for a bowling alley that's fine if your bowling but I wasn't.
The DJ was awful and had the music or bass to loud and clearly didnt know what he was doing. My husband has a degree in Music from Columbia in Chicago and spent many years as a DJ in clubs around Florida when he was younger. The bar is itself is great and the DJ and Dance area is perfect, although I think it should be just a little more private or out of the way.
The neatest thing to me was the mini bowling lanes where we were sitting at and across the way were the regular lanes and then the arcade games when you walked in the entrance.
Upstairs, I was told is a skating rink and I guess they open it up as an ice rink in the winter.
We didn't eat anything there so I can't say anything about the food. I'll go back on a different night to actually bowl and eat so I can give it a different review. I'll make sure it's not teen night and the DJ isn't there so I can actually enjoy myself and my surroundings.
