A friend brought me here for dinner.
Food: 4/5 - we ordered the tofu spring roll, pho beef noodles and rice vermicelli with spring egg roll, grilled chicken and grilled shrimp. Also had the bubble tea. We each had a coconut bubble tea with tapioca pearls and strawberry & blueberry bubble tea with tapioca pearls. Both drinks were more like a slushy cold milk drink that was tasty. We both enjoyed our meals in large portions.
Atmosphere: 4/5 - nice vibe to the place which was clean.
Service: 4/5 - our server was great, asking us if we needed anything. It didn’t take long for our food to arrive.

The place is located in a small plaza where there is plenty of free parking out front. I would come here again. It’s my friend’s favorite place for tasty pho!

We went in 30 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve (closing time was earlier than usual). They still accommodated our group and were very nice about it. Pho had good flavor and was perfect for a stormy day.

You will never leave hungry or disappointed! This is our go-to Pho restaurant. The staff are so friendly. The service is fast. The menu offers an excellent selection, and best of all, the food is delicious! Two large soups, appetizer, wine and limeade = $40

I haven't been here in a while. Maybe a year. The prices are nuts...I ordered the vermicelli noodles with chicken, shrimp, and egg roll. That was almost $19. Get a drink, or anything else, and you'll be close to $30! My order was mostly noodles. The chicken was nothing special. The egg roll was average. I've had better. I've had their pho before too and it wasn't my favorite either. I do love their peanut soup though. That's about it. That soup was almost $20 last year. I don't even want to know what they're charging for that soup now. Unfortunately, I wasn't given, or offered, any type of silver, sauces, or napkins. It wasnt even busy. Better ask yourself, or avoid this place. I just don't recommend it.

Overall good.

I bought the bahn mi with tofu and a Vietnamese iced coffee, this was 14$.

The older Vietnamese guy at the register was very nice and helpful.

The sandwich was excellent and had plenty of sauce, which is great, because a dry sandwich is the worst.

They put the sliced jalapenos on the side, so you don't have to dig them out if you don't like spicy.

The iced coffee was super strong, which is great, but was too sweet for my liking, I still drank it but next time will ask for less sugar.

Will come back and try the pho soup next time.

This is my second time at Pho Vi Vân and I am completely sold. We’ve had the P3 Pho (round steak), the potstickers, and the tofu yellow curry. It treats you to food that is clearly made with love.

Don’t come in with white people customer service expectations. That’s not to say they don’t care, they are simply busy and focused on the food they bring to your table.

Tis a terrible trial I put myself to. To wander like a lost pilgrim across misty plains, from 4th Plain to Mill Plain and far beyond seeking the soul saving Broth of the mysterious Pho. It tis in fact, a pho, pho better thing than I have ever done.
My journey brings me to Pho Vi Van and once again I have struck culinary gold. I love the little fish pond that runs along the window so I do not feel so all alone. I love the flyer in the front that gives me detailed instructions to enlightenment, great dinner time reading that. And right off the bat, I loved the fried wontons which looked like little brown bear claws but tasted like a summer’s day!
But the warm savory foundation of a place like this is the broth. Ah, a feast for the eyes before the first taste, I love the red and the mysterious depths, as if there might be sea monsters and sunken treasure, perfect.
I take a sip of the broth and the spice hits me right smack in the loves. Peppery with some strong anise with meat as tender as the look in the eye of a baby doe.
Did my nose run? Like I had robbed a bank and the gendarmes were hot on my trail. Did I sweat? Like me momma was given me the third degree. Did I consume every living drop right down to the white of the bowl? Like the locusts of the field!
It was complicated but pure, hot but not so bad as to hide the taste. The service was good, the place is on the other side of nowhere, but worth every mile and the decor feels like they put a bit of thought into it.
Plus they let me sit in the window by the fish pond so I could keep my eye on my big ugly truck.

Waste of money!! Utterly disappointed!!! I never leave reviews but this was NOT good. I went because of the reviews. First it was not busy, we were seated and waited over 15 minutes just for a menu. Almost walked out and went somewhere else. Wish we would have.
We ordered 3 items. The wings - were over cooked / dry, not bad but not good either $12!!! for ONLY 5 tiny pieces. See pic.

And two salad rolls that were filled with nothing but filler. No flavor - see pic. The house fried rice was okay, nothing memorable and bland.

$40 total (no drinks)

Nope …. Try any other place
