Absolutely amazing store in Erin Mills Town Center! The collection of Pokémon cards, Yu-Gi-Oh cards, and Funko Pop characters is impressive. Such a cute store! Everytime my friends and I come we always have to come by and just check out the store. The staff are all so knowledgeable which helps a lot especially me who doesn’t know too much about anime stuff… great selections they stay up to date! Definitely worth checking out.. you might just find yourself snagging a little thing even a keychain

I made an order in June, never received it, I waited a little bit to see if it would show up, it didn't. I contacted customer service and Evie was extremely polite and helpful! It took awhile to get everything straightened out, but my pops did show up! Evie was extremely helpful and kept me informed with every step of the investigation of what happened to my order. That woman deserves a raise for everything she did for me and I am pretty sure I am not the only customer she helps out in the same way!!!!

The store is super nice, it has everything an anime fan would want! i come here almost every time i visit erin mills and its always a nice experience. Their collection of funko pops is also great, i would definitely recommends funko pop fans and collectors to visit here

Be careful when buying crystal pokeballs. I was charged for XL size when I didn't have an XL and there wasn't any barcodes on the item. When I asked the cashier about it they refunded me but they didn't apologize. I was overcharged by $30 and only realized because my friend bought a pokeball in the XL size and I realized they weren't the same size. I'm mad because I would
have never realized I had been overcharged otherwise. Not a great experience
