Was super pumped to try this place and heard great things!! Absolutely cutest most intimate atmosphere with only about 20 tables. Super creative menu with unique flavors and out of the box cocktails. We got a tomato dish with polenta croutons and crab and corn cakes for apps. They were both good and interesting. Shared the chicken which was cooked to perfection, but didn't have any standout flavors. Veggies that came with the chicken were over salted. My banana cocktail was good and super cozy for fall. Vodka infusions in the menu looked interesting but were $16. Overall expected to love the food more for the hype and the prices, but enjoyed the experience and am glad I went!

The place was a bit small, but well decorated and with a cute back patio to alleviate the tight fit of chairs and tables inside. We shared the plates and that was a good choice. The cocktails were savory or only mildly sweet—a good balance. The food was great. Especially impressive was the toast (holy cow best bread ever, rosemary with crunchy exterior but soft as clouds interior) and the fish. All the food was good, but those were the standouts. The waiter was so gracious and kind, helping a dairy allergy navigate the menu, and explaining each wine we contemplated. Definitely coming back here!

Wanted to check this place out for sometime
now!! The cuisine offered was ok, nothing stellar. While I’m so glad to support small restaurants in the area, it wasn’t anything we found overly exciting. The demeanor offered by our waiter was negative, dismissive, unhelpful. We asked specifically about the presentation of the eggplant and he completely disregarded the question. Seemed impatient about accommodating a dairy allergy at the table and overall made the experience feel unsavory. I understand they’re aiming for an eastern euro vibe but this was the only spot I’ve been to in Denver that didn’t offer mezcal. Glad I finally made it and don’t plan to return.

Unique and tasty dishes. They offer seasonal menus and did not have many meat options to choose from. The elk tartare and Fish Kiev are worth trying. Pork collar are huge and could be shared by 4+ people.

First time here with great expectations and enjoyed our meal, however we were not blown away but the experience was cool. We tried the tomato kholedets, a very nice dish with tomato and tomato gel. Next we had the corn and crab varenyky, yummy and comforting with good flavor. We opted for the chicken paprikash and it was very good but not interesting enough. Felt we should have ordered the fish but enjoyed our meal overall. Two of us had plenty of food even though staff said it wouldn’t be enough. Wine and cocktails are so expensive these days and the experience was no different here. I feel like restaurants need to realize alcohol can be sold cheaper without the food markup and customers would probably order more food and stay longer. I would have tonight but find it difficult to pay $15/$16 for glass of wine and $16/$18 for a cocktail. I know they can find more affordable wine and stop gouging with liquor. Restaurant was super cozy, very small with great service. I love a great food experience and happy to pay for it but I won’t be drinking alcohol at dinner when too expensive and will not stay as long.

Such a gem of a place! Came here on the recommendation of a staff member at Major Tom and it did not disappoint.

You’ll know this is a unique spot the minute you walk in and look up at the numerous cuckoo clocks that hang above the bar. The restaurant feels a little like what I’d imagine a very cool, eclectic vintage store in Kiev to be.

Food is contemporary Ukrainian and fantastic. Loved the unique (and vegetarian) take on borscht. The fried eggplant was great but I could easily see us skipping it next time in favor of trying more small plates.

Cocktails are some of the best in the city. Tons of options for horlika. The trophy Wife is great if you like savory, funky cocktails. For something sweeter and easier to drink, try the New World, Old Problems (fantastic name).

Dessert could’ve been skipped. We got the layered kissel. The macerated stone fruit was the best part of the plate. The cake itself was okay. The peppercorn whipped cream saved it.

Service could’ve been better. You won’t be rushed here, but it will take a little time to get someone’s attention and for things to come out.

Simply a must. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Denver. Everything they do is pitch perfect. If you’re thinking about to eat while on a trip or to take your parents to when they visit, this is the place.

We visited Molotov K&C for a celebration dinner and it did not disappoint. The dishes are so unique and delicious, you won’t find anything like it in Denver. The cocktails were amazing as well and I’m an anti vodka person, but the Ukrainians know how to make the best vodka cocktails apparently! The wine selection was on point too. We will definitely be back. Come here if you’re looking for something new, delicious, and adventurous!
