Exceptional experience! Extraordinary friendly staff and a beautiful journey through the courses. Every dish is a new world and really shows the compassion of the chef. Especially the yellow lizard is fantastic!

The tasting menu at Ment was unforgettable- from the first amuse bouche until the very last dessert, our tastebuds were transported to Mexico, which revived good memories of our latest trip there. Every dish is meticulously thought through with passion and emotion. Could not recommend it more- it’s definitely worth a visit to Salamanca!

One of the best meals I have ever had. The mix of creative Spanish cuisine with a touch of Mexican food is unexpected yet unbelievable. And service is outstanding too! Highly recommended.

Most amazing meal ever! It has been many years and many countries ago that I remember eating such an extraordinary meal. We did the degustación menu (one fish, one meat) accompanied with recommended wines. Every single morsel was a delight to the eye and a taste explosion. The care, ingenuity and passion to create these amazing bites is clearly evident. Oscar is an exceptional chef and it was such a pleasure to meet him and see first-hand the care, the expertise in his dishes. He celebrates all that is Spanish with a salute to the many years he spent in Veracruz, Mexico and also his Filipino heritage. A true fusion of cuisines that meld in every possible way.The service was impeccable. I highly recommend anyone coming to Salamanca to experience this personalized, truly exquisite experience.

This was my family’s first time eating at a Michelin star restaurant yesterday night and it was amazing!!! They have two different menus to chose from but either way you are getting the best food and experience ever! From the wine, to the service, and the actual food everything was spectacular!! I really enjoyed the restaurant and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy and exploration of flavors!!

"Eternal is the moment to start again". This could be the best explanation to describe the outstanding experience in this Restaurant in Salamanca. First remarkable point: the team. It is a delight to be around a dynamic, young and attentive crew. Second remarkable point: the place where the restaurant is. Much was already told about Salamanca. The Hotel Don Gregorio is perhaps the best in town, located in such a marvelous place near the Cathedral. And the third point: the creativity of Chef Oscar Calleja and Maitre Sommelier Elsa Gutierrez. Their inventiveness throughout the years is certainly the key that will make this restaurant unavoidable. BRAVO!

Could not rate it at all, they told me at 10pm that kitchen was closed while they were still serving people, a true shame.
