Jeff and his team were nothing but pros. The food is the hardest thing to impress guests with at weddings and everyone couldn’t stop talking about the menu. Jeff worked hard to add small details to everything, making the menu uniquely ours without losing quality. And the deserts were an especially great move. We discovered them as guests at another wedding and knew we needed to use them too. We also had them bartend for us which I highly suggest, it makes the planning much easier. 10/10

Jeff and his team catered our September 2023 wedding and exceeded our expectations for food! We had a cocktail hour table spread, a family style dinner with 6 dishes, desserts, and a late night snack. Everything was so flavorful, they really didn't shy away from making truly delicious food! Jeff was also fantastic at making a reasonable and cohesive menu out of our many ideas (we get really excited about food). One thing to be aware of, sometimes it can take a bit to get a response from the team during the planning phase, but day of they showed up prepared and everything went super smoothly. The food truck itself was really cute and it was so fun to have our guests get to see the food being prepared. All the staff were super professional and our guests with allergies we accommodated.

This was easily the best wedding food we have ever had, we are so happy we chose Love Pop for our catering!

Jeff was so much fun to work with! He had really creative ideas to elevate our menu and worked with us to make it feel authentic to us as a couple.  The whole planning process could not have been easier-- we gave Jeff very high level ideas and he completely delivered.  He worked with us on a menu that fit our budget, and the value was unmatched by any other vendor we looked into.  Every dish was so delicious and we had a ton of options that catered to every guest's taste.  Love Pop also takes a lot of pride in the display.  They set up the most beautiful buffet and dessert table completely unprompted! The whole Love Pop team was nothing but professional.  Hire Love Pop you won't regret it for a second!!

LovePop was perfect! Jeff and his team went above and beyond for us. Leading up to our wedding, everything went smoothly! Their tasting event gave us ideas for our menu, and Jeff's ability to help create our vision for our wedding menu was outstanding. Where they went above and beyond was when a change in weather required them to pivot completely, and they did so as if it was always part of the plan. From helping us drive a uhaul, to shifting from a buffet-style service to a wait-staff service, Jeff and his team helped us like we were friends and family. They really made sure our wedding night went as smooth as possible and we couldn't be more grateful.

And of course... there was the absolutely stunning FOOD. Our guests still rave about the Braised Chicken and the mouth-watering Cake Pops. And if you're thinking about those end-of-night snacks... the answer is YES. Get the Hand Pies. Your late-night-self AND your post-wedding-morning-self will thank you. I only wish I had more friends getting married in Denver so I could tell them to hire LovePop, so I could eat their food again!!!

Jeff and his catering and event team at Love Pop–wow, what can we say. Our wedding would not have been a shadow of what it was without you. From the start Jeff was incredibly friendly and vested in making our day amazing. Evolve is an endearing space that brought its own character to our event and fit it so well. A lovely indoor space with an outdoor area when the weather permits allowed us a wonderful outdoor ceremony on a beautiful fall day and a great indoor space for our reception–as well as a plan B of moving it all indoors if the weather didn’t cooperate. The indoor area is wonderfully decorated but allowed for us the option to make the layout fit what we needed. But the food…we knew that we wanted people leaving the big day and talking about how good the food was and he did not disappoint. In fact, we really want to crash future Love Pop events to get more! Jeff provided us with so many great ideas for food options we ultimately turned it over to him to craft us the perfect menu and he did exactly that. From our cocktail eats to our late night treats the catering blew our minds and we got exactly what we wanted–guests telling us after the event how amazing the whole wedding was–but especially the food. Jeff even went out of his way to help us try and track down some unusual liquor for the fantastic featured cocktail. And even though we couldn’t source it–it wasn’t needed–his “adult juice boxes” were incredibly tasty. His staff was professional and a joy to have keeping the day running smoothly. Wow. Thank you Jeff. Just… thank you so much!

Posted Fall of 2023: My husband and I are still beaming after our October 14th wedding in Denver with Jeff and the Love Pop team!! Our wedding day was a dream come true because of them. Our family and friends have not stopped RAVING about the incredible food, the absolutely wonderful staff and the beautiful trailer and decor. We've heard it over and over; it was by far the best wedding food so many people have ever had!!!! They outdid expectations in every way imaginable. I hope to have another excuse in the future to hire them but in the meantime, you should!!!! Jeff is truly the most wonderful human and we feel so lucky to have him in our lives!

Posted Spring of 2023: A truly wonderful, authentic company that delivers the most delicious catered food you’ll experience!! We had the privilege of booking Love Pop for our upcoming October wedding and this weekend we had the opportunity to taste some of their excellent food. I was absolutely blown away by the flavors, the attention to detail, the freshness and the creative creations. They exceeded every expectation!! Ontop of the delicious food, Jeff and his team are the most genuine, down to earth crew you could ask for. They made us even more excited to continue planning with them and for October! We hired LovePop to cater our wedding at skylight in Denver! I am gluten free and dairy free and he worked with us to create a beautiful menu that all could enjoy! The food was incredible and I’ve heard from MANY guests now that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. A friend (a chef to boot) said the Paella was better than what he had on his recent trip to Seville, Spain. If you’re having a wedding, do yourself a favor and hire lovepop! Jeff and his amazing crew at Evolve at MileHi/Love Pop truly made our wedding day a blast and completely stress-free! They went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious food, and everyone was enchanted by the unique and whimsical venue. Even on one of the hottest days Colorado has ever seen, Jeff and his team ensured that we and our guests were comfortable and well-cared for.

We had food stations, and his staff made sure that no one went hungry. The bartenders were fantastic too—there was never a wait, and they handled drink requests with such kindness and efficiency.

On a side note, Corinne, who handles the signage, is a true artist. She helped us create so many unique and special signs for our food stations, memory table, and other areas, which really brought everything together. Her creativity was a perfect complement to Jeff and his team.

Additionally, MacKenzi Knight, our photographer, knows this venue exceptionally well. Her familiarity with Evolve was invaluable in capturing every perfect moment of our day. We highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re planning an event at Evolve—her expertise will ensure you have stunning photos to remember your special day. She was so fun to work with!

We can’t sing enough praises about Evolve. We are thrilled to have found them and hope we get the chance to attend another one of their events in the future to experience their amazing atmosphere and delectable food once more.
