BEWARE: bought an infant car seat that generally has a 7-year lifetime. With no warning, the item delivered in August 2024 has a manufacturing date of May (or July, not sure of the date format) 2021, i.e., almost a half of its useful time has passed. Of course, the store told me it was OK and they won’t do anything about it.

Needed a replacement car seat ASAP. Little folks had the model we wanted to replace AND it’s was on sale! The owner went above and beyond. He held the item to give us time to pick it up the next day. Wonderful experience and honored the sale price. Thank you!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Wish I could give this place zero stars. Ordered the Glink stroller thru Amazon, sent it back within a week because my kids were falling out of it. They charged an 80% restocking fee because they said the stroller was damaged with pictures of the “damage”… I replied with a picture of my child in it that was taken in my home two days before sending it back (the time stamp is on the picture). The stroller was in excellent condition. They replied with a $0.02 refund. Happy they think it’s funny to scam families out of money…Avoid this place at all cost.

Update: this response below is so inaccurate… Just look at the other reviews, I’m not the first one, nor will I be the last to have the same complaint about this place. Your “restocking” fees are clearly keeping you afloat. Your reviews speak for themselves.

Has really good toys books etc honestly I was disappointed I hadn't walked in sooner. The only issue is, that the store has huge boxes in the center and cut off access to parts of the asked. Otherwise, great store.

Horrible experience for a first time mom. All of the negative reviews are not a coincidence. The owners would not allow me to return car seats which were purchased for me through my baby registry (via Amazon). They were brand new, unopened in box. Amazon gives parents a full year to return items purchased from their baby registry. After 6 months, Little Folks refused to honor the return, despite Amazon confirming to me in writing that the return was valid. There was a lot of back and forth with the owners who blatantly told me they would dispute with Amazon so that I would not receive any refund. My husband had to threaten legal action for them to finally accept and allow us to exchange for another item. I will mention they charged us an additional $50 and took 10% restocking upon processing the exchange. Please just go to buy buy baby or any other retailer who will conduct honest business.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! We were charged a $400 “restocking” fee after returning a car seat we purchased via their Little Folks NYC Amazon store. This “restocking fee” was conveniently equal to the full price of the car seat. That fee is complete bogus and was never stated during the return/refund process, we were only notified after they received the returned product. The returned car seat was in original box and unused. Now we don’t have the item and still paid full price for it, this is a complete scam.

UPDATE: The company response below is untrue - the car seat was unused as mentioned above. It was absolutely NOT dirty because we didn’t even use it and sent it back in original packaging and original box. What absolute liars, I’m shocked that a company would stoop so low. If you’re going to steal my money, kindly send the car seat back to me so you’re not making double money on it and I’ll sell it myself because IT IS BRAND NEW AND UNUSED.
