How can you not give this five stars - chef curates the most amazing fish and meat dishes - tuna carpaccio melts in the mouth, rabbit sweet and tender, let alone the Angus and tuna steaks. All backed up by front of house staff who really know what customer service is, as well as which wines to recommend.

We ate here on Thursday evening and it was wonderful. They had a range of fresh specials, we went for the scallops and they were amazing! Also had Iberian ham selection and it’s the best I had the whole trip. It gets busy and recommendation is required (their WhatsApp number is in the window of the restaurant), we booked the day before but could only get in for 9pm. Owner was very responsive in replying and all staff super helpful and friendly. Very traditional cosy atmosphere with lovely music playing. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely meal here last night. It's certainly one of the better restaurants in PB and would not be out of place in Seville or Palma. The owner reserved a lovely round table just inside the door for us and she was without doubt the most friendly, knowledgeable and personable restauranteur we have met all week. Our steaks were delicious, perfectly cooked on the open flame grill. Desert was also a treat - we took her recommendation for the special fried milk desert and it was a lovely treat. Overall, an authentic and highly enjoyable visit.

For English speakers, this is a fantastically authentic Spanish restaurant. It is off the main "tourist drag" so if you're looking for something better than what is there and is the real article, this is a place to go.

Having lived in Sevilla for a year, BLaC would not be out of place amongst those we still visit there. The food was fresh, very well prepared and delicious. The wine we had - fino and a RdD - were excellent and the service fantastic. Great music (jazz) playing gently in the background. It was a great evening. I voted that we return but it's not my call so we will see....

Further Update
Had lunch and we shared two different risotto dishes. One black seafood the other meat based (both specials so not on the menu). Absolutely delicious food.
Service as excellent as per previous visits. Look forward to the next time.

Can't believe it's a year since my last visit, won't leave it so long until next time!
Had the same soup, still as delicious as before. Followed by the leg of lamb, which was tender and moist, with a side dish of fries and padron peppers. Very nice.
It was pretty warm near the back of the restaurant. Is there still an issue with the A/C as ceiling fans were in use?
Service was again, friendly and welcoming. Will be back soon!
Nice food, great friendly service. Sat outside, on the pavement, due to warm temps inside (AC will be available soon!). Shame because it's such a lovely space inside.
Tomato and garlic soup, served cold, was delicious. Confit suckling pig, while good, was just a little bit dry.

Stumbled across this place on evening on our holiday and has been our favourite meal by far. We’ve fallen for the restaurants by the beach and felt underwhelmed but this was the most authentic meal we’ve had! Amazing food, lovely service and a wonderful atmosphere.
