1st things first. Their “Rich Tita” breakfast sandwich, is THE BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH in Philly hands down.

There’s so much to be said about the Baby’s team & the AMAZING job they do with food, service, atmosphere & everything in between.

Just AMAZING!!! Found my new favorite breakfast sandwich and best iced coffee!

We tried their refreshing Iced Shaken Espresso with homemade coconut milk and the savory Jowa breakfast sandwich with pineapple-marinated chicken tocino – both were insanely good! Everything tasted super fresh, and you can tell they make everything with love plus the best customer service. This place is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and mind blowing experience!

PS: They have not fully opened yet and are only doing pop ups. I can’t wait to spend every day here!

So happy to have been able to preview this amazing spot! A combination of a restaurant, cafe, and market, this cute Brewerytown spot highlights the heritage and culture of Filipino food.

The food melts in your mouth and fills your stomach with comforting dishes. Not yet the full menu, we ordered the rich titi sando and the sisig. My wife said it was the best sisig she's ever had and I'd have to agree. The meat was cooked perfectly and complemented by pickled vegetables and garlic rice. The rich tita sando used soft, housemade pandesal that elevated the entire sandwich.

In talking to the owners and chef, I look forward to and can't wait to see their full menu. This will definitely be the best and go to Filipino neighborhood spot once they open.

Thank you to Raquel + Tam and the entire Baby’s team for crushing it for Jon’s 40th birthday! From the planning stages to the day of, everything was seamless and I couldn’t be happier choosing Baby’s for Jon’s surprise birthday! Raquel worked with me to curate the menu and it was perfect because everyone couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. My main goals for the event was to have good drinks, good food, good vibes and Baby’s delivered!

It was my first time here. It will not be my last. The coffee had a kick, but in a good way. Like the end scene in "Roadhouse" when Patrick Swayze won the fight.

There is extra seating upstairs. Be warned, if you are over 5' 5", be sure to duck just a bit.

Pictured is the breakfast sandwich (Rich Tita) and the pastry (which is part of a drop box; follow their Instagram for more info. on that) is the Ube Handpie (it reminded me of the Royal Danske Cookies--buttery, and soft. Flaky and smooth at the same time).

There are also "market items," such as the Banana Hand Milk (that made me laugh), snacks, and they even have branded t-shirts. If you're in the area, or out-of-town visiting, make this spot a necessary visit.

Last Friday, I ran out of work and got there 15 min before closing to try the Ube horchata and doughnuts. I had missed out on the doughnuts, and their kitchen had just closed, but they were so sweet and they still offered to make their Rich Tita breakfast sandwich for me. It was so delicious, complex and filling. I was so thankful.
I went again last night and ordered a couple of their Chicken Joy sandwiches and their Mango Bread Pudding. During both visits, I was met with extreme warmth and kindness as well as delicious, fresh, flavorful food.
If their food was bad, I would still go back just for the service. They are so kind and welcoming and enthusiastic about their restaurant. They all seem to love working there, and you can sense the family-like camaraderie amongst the staff.
But then the food…so amazing. The ingredients they use are so tasty and compliment each other so well. Do you guys make your bread in house? The texture, the sweetness! My family and I were raving about it to each other.
I and friends I’ve talked to are so excited about this restaurant opening. Looking forward to watching them grow and visiting again soon! I hope once they have their grand opening, they open a little earlier if possible, so I can stop in everyday for some coffee and donuts before work.
