Always a treat going here because somehow they have a record I've been looking for. Their selection is pretty solid and the pricing is competitive. Staff is always friendly and happy to help. They also gave me a free tote bag for purchasing $100 and during their anniversary sale. Definitely one of my go-to record stores in the city.

I ordered online, and the vinyl arrived the next day shiny and pristine! Thanks for the personal touch with the handwritten note too. And for your info, I would NOT voluntarily listen to Justin Timberlake, it's a gift for my partner who has a very different taste in music than me 🙃 ❤️

Love this store! The team are so friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name but the lady working there came right over to say hi to me and helped me learn how to care for my growing collection. The store is clean, beautiful and everything is priced well. So happy this is in my neighbourhood!

Ordered from their online store several times, Vinyl arrives fast and well packed. Great selection, some awesome special editions. I appreciate that personal notes included with each delivery. Wish they had a store in BC.

It's amazing that a pretty small shop has such a great range. I've had local delivery from these guys a couple times now, it's the only place in the city that I've been able to source albums for some indie artists I enjoy. Really great pricing and they always include a sweet thank you note.

We stopped in here while visiting from out of province but the staff were still keen to help us and answer our questions about getting a better turntable setup. They even made sure to let us test some speakers out! Super helpful and lovely experience. I’m still thinking about this store 2 months later.

My order was cancelled and I don’t think my redeemed points were added back to my account. I tried to resolve the issue with the business but this issue is still not resolved. After being a customer since 2020 I expected better.

I logged in today and it looks like the pop star rewards program is not showing up on my account.

I emailed the business about my missing points but this issue is not resolved. After my first review I think the owner called me and I don’t think he was very polite. I deleted my first review because I thought the issue would be resolved but it still is not resolved.

I am not sure if I will shop here again.
