Out of all the places I've been to so far in Aspen, every single plate was phenomenal. The atmosphere was perfect! Our server was fantastic in recommendations.

The bread rolls they serve before the meal are quite dangerous. They are addictive and delicious. I had the Grilled Gem Lettuce, perfectly smoky with refreshing flavors. The wagyu beef was one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was seared to perfection and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The smashed potatoes were great for a side for two people. Desserts were great as well.

Literally everyone LOVED their meal-- duck, lobster salad.

Element 47 has a tremendous bar menu, good enough to return to. Highly recommend the wagyu burger sliders and tacos. Fries, nuts, bread and butter, and tortilla soup are also great. It is a Michelin recommended restaraunt and it is easy to see why.

Super cute restaurant with excellent service. We did not stay at the hotel but stopped by for lunch and we were delighted. The winter salad was fresh and delicious. Drinks were awesome. My husband loved the scallops. The complimentary bread is to die for!

A friend wanted to try this place with me and so we did, it is easily one of the best restaurants in town. I will have dreams about the Element 47 hot chocolate for a very long time after hearing about it forever and finally trying it myself. It is so decadent but not too sweet, the perfect drink treat on a cold snowy day. I also had the eggs and toast and chicken sausage, it was pretty good because I was trying to stay healthy but I’m sure their other breakfast options are also amazing. My friend had the avocado toast and a side pastry and both looked divine. You cannot go wrong here, just go here.

A modern take on Aspen’s culinary scenery. With its ‘recommended’ status in Michelin guide, Element 47 is favorite for many. The outdoor seating in the patio surrounded by the fragrant flowers and crisp air adds another dimension to your culinary experience. The service is prompt, friendly and professional. The food is delightful, fresh, seasonal. The reservation is recommended offseason and required during the season. There is valet parking on site and also street parking is available. We went for a brunch and enjoyed the quiet outdoors.

This is the main restaurant of The Little Nell which is a five star and five diamond hotel!! We were very excited to visit during our holiday vacation in Aspen. We went there on Christmas day and fortunately we found a table without a reservation! The staff were very nice and service was very good.

We ordered "america's best hot chocolate" and Truffle Fries! We liked the hot chocolate, it was also a wonderful presentation and really filling but not so sure if it was worth the $14. Their fries were really good! As a lover of condiments, believe me when I say the sauces are not needed with this one. The fries tasted great and we finished the large plate even though we were quite full. But again, a little steep on the price ($17) for fries.

Overall, we liked it because we felt that we tried America's best hot chocolate.. price-wise though, not sure if it actually lived up to the title...

Ate here last week and was blown away by how bad the service was. Had to ask for the check multiple times, even thought there were more servers than customers. The food was good and expensive but that’s to be expected in Aspen. However, the service and having to ask for my check multiple times-requiring me to stand up and insist on it was a big let down.

When there’s more staff than customers I shouldn’t have to wait for anything or ask more than once for anything. It looks like whoever is in charge may have went a bit over the top on hiring J1 Visa workers and didn’t bother to train them all properly. Their service was so bad this is this first time in over a decade I didn’t include gratuity or extra gratuity. It’s a a real shame because the food was pretty good.

Also, I am certain a couple of the employees are drug addicts. Maybe someone should pay more attention to who’s working there instead of “cheap labor good”.

By contrast we also had lunch at Hotel Jerome and the service was out of this world! Eat at Hotel Jerome instead until Little Nell can get a handle on why it ever makes sense to have more staff than customers and not train them properly. Unless you like being served by 8 different people, two of which are clearly on drugs and asking for 20-30 minutes for your check.

Innovative food beautifully prepared. I made a reservation for the dining room only to find out upon arrival that they were only seating on the patio by the pool. The seating was lovely in many ways but outdoors with the setting sun baking the table was not ideal for this kind of experience ( plus the loud antics of what seemed like spoiled guests demanding various things).

The menu was set with a few choices. The choices were excellent and impressive. A notch above even ‘fancy’ fare these days. I had eggplant which was a work of art and tasted like a fine slice of meat. It looked scant on the plate but was wholly satisfying.

I would have appreciated more information about the limited menu and venue for that time and place. But I’m glad I experienced the chef and cuisine.
