There was one male cashier being extremely unprofessional and rude to customers and used his first day as an excuse. Childish at its finest. Happened a few months ago, not sure if he’s still got the chance to continue working at this place though.

IF YOU WANT TO BUY BLIND BOXES, THIS IS THE LAST PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO BE AT.

As I was browsing around the store, I saw one of the staff replenishes one of the series right after a customer has taken one from the whole set. What they did was taking a random box from a new set and added to the old set before the customers have the opportunity to buy 80%-90% of the old set. Instead of having 1/12 chances of getting what you want from a 12 box set, they are decreasing your chances to 1/24 to 1/144 just to get a regular ones.

I unfortunately did not realize how horrible this practice is until I have purchased 3 boxes from the same series and ended up getting 3 of the same figure. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THAT!? This practice should be suable as they trying to scam the customers.

I'm not sure if the other popmart (manhattan one) also do the same thing but I would suggest you AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. I would recommend going to TESO LIFE for blind boxes as I have better experiences with them (they don't pull this scam practices).

A few months ago, I bought a Powerpuff Girls x Crybaby collab box and received a Mojo Jojo figure. I returned today and purchased two more boxes from what appeared to be the same package, only to receive Mojo Jojo figures again. This seems misleading, as it gives the impression that the store is restocking the same boxes over and over without ensuring a variety of figures.

I went to the store today by 11.10am. And the line it was quite long already and the funny thing is everyone in the line are reseller . And the staff told me to buy one per person but what i saw today is they got a lot like over 3 same pieces per person and they are tricky by separate the bill and back to the line again and so rediculous that they gave to reseller more than the collector or who someone really a big fan of the pop mart !! This store is the worst ever i’ve been to the popmart!! Especially the lady staff is never have good energy. Please fix it!!

Absolutely adore popmart and their products. I checked American Dream's website repeatedly to see when popmart would finally open. I wasn't disappointed when the day finally came! The staff was nice and enthusiastic. I'll be back.

staff is very bad service I do not understand why they always ask us to check out even i not finish yet i look around and thinking what should get.There are some stuff on the cashier counter we have to look what it is ? And staff always ask to check out ? and did they saw that we still looking ? and very unpolite.
