They chose the wrong shipping option or packaging so I was required to pay an additional $6.20 cash on delivery. I contacted them 4 different ways (website, email, text, Facebook) over the next week and had no response because they were on spring break. I wantsd a partial refund but could only dispute the entire transaction. Once that happened, they emailed me back. I didn't want to dispute it, but the credit card company wouldn't fight for a partial refund for me. I lost (as expected) and still overpaid. No no accountability and lacking professionalism.

Their response is laughable. I have the email trail as proof where they deny it. I posted a photo (which I sent them as well) of what little proof I have because the extra charge was paid. A refund was never offered.

These shelves are amazing. They are very high quality and sturdy! They are a really good length and the fact that they are clear, with a clear lip, is great so you can see your Funkos when they are hung high up. I am happy to report that they perfectly hold the new Funko deluxe albums which are huge, and heavy. I know if they are on these shelves they won’t com crashing down. There are so few choices for Funko displays and this is a great option. You can definitely use them for other collectible figures as well. They customer service cannot be beat! I highly recommend that you buy these. This is an awesome small business that needs support from the Funko community. This is an excellent product that deserves to take off because of the high quality! I know every Funko collector will be highly satisfied with this product!
