Ordered from the “Appa’s” area of this mini dining hall and got the Galbitang Kalgooksoo ($16.95). There was a decent amount of meat and the noodles were cooked well, but it would have been a lot better with some black pepper. The menu makes it look like the side dishes are included, but they are not. Paid $6 for a side of kimchi as the Kalgooksoo needed it. If you are in the area, I would recommend stopping by, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here if I craved Korean food.

Would recommend 10/10 friendly atmospheres, plenty of variety of food for everyone in the household, each dish is made with care and love. Defiantly recommend the pasta dishes! Clean tables and overall dining area. Please check this place out! A little bit of everything for everyone to explore and fall in love with! Oh didn’t mention they have boba?!

I absolutely love this place. This is actually several restuarants in one food hall type establishment. They have everything from curry and boba tea to Japanese italian fusion. I higly reccomend the miso carbonara, garlic butter karrage and calamari curry. The varios bao buns are excellent as well. Plenty of parking in the area. If needed you can even order online for pick up. Overall the customer service was just as amazing as the food.

Went here last weekend for date night. Aside from the madness of trying to find a table, it was a great dining experience.

We got the Tonkatsu Curry Bowl, the Chashu Bao and a Wastermelon Sugar Slush.

All 3 items were delicious and would definitely order again. While sitting and eating our dinner, we noticed photos of different dishes being cycled through the big tvs on the wall. It definitely gave me plenty of ideas for things to order on our next visit.

The experience prior to receiving our food could have been refined a bit. There are multiple ordering stations and apparently only certain things can be ordered at each one. Once you get through that, you have to try and find a table. After wandering around the room for a bit, a nice couple offered to let us share the extra seats at their table.

All in all, a great experience and can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a place to enjoy a variety of Asian cuisines, Pop Up Kitchen in Silverdale is the perfect spot. Pop Up Kitchen is a unique concept that features different stalls offering dishes from Japan, Korea, Hawaii, and more. You can order from any stall and mix and match your favorites, or try something new every time.

I visited Pop Up Kitchen recently and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. I ordered the katsu curry from the Japanese stall, the korean fried chicken from the Korean stall, and the boba tea from the drink stall. The katsu curry was crispy and tender, with a rich and spicy sauce. The korean fried chicken was juicy and crunchy, with a sweet and tangy glaze. The boba tea was refreshing and creamy, with chewy tapioca pearls. Everything was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous.

The service was also friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the food was ready in no time. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the decor was colorful and modern. I enjoyed the music and the vibe of the place, and I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Pop Up Kitchen is a great place to go with friends, family, or even by yourself. You can find something for everyone, and you can have a lot of fun exploring the different options. Pop Up Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Silverdale, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Asian food or wants to try something different. Pop Up Kitchen is a gem in Kitsap, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes1234

Tried the panko pork rice bowl, panko chicken with curry and straganoff with beef. My group played it safe..or so we thought. Having had Korean food in major cities there was an expectation which was not met. Taste was good but pricey for JUST protein and rice. Recommend vegetables and sauce come with your rice bowl dishes.
I will come again since soups and other dishes that went by our table looked great and there is so much to choose from....nice atmosphere and service.

This place is great. Multiple menus, and tons of seating. Food is fresh and tasty. Can't wait to come back and try more. We tried the kimbap, honey Korean fried chicken, and the tonkatsu curry bowl this go-round with 0 regrets. The way this place is set up, you have so many different food options. You also have direct access to Peter's Kitchen next door.
