This place is super cute and quaint.
They have inside and outside seating. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food to your table. We were able to select a table 1st and then go order at the counter so it’s not like we had to stand there and wait for a seat.
My hubby had a ham and cheese croissant, which was good and I ordered the quiche Florentine.
The side salad that came with it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. So fresh!
The quiche was a large portion, and it tasted pretty good, but I felt it could use a little bit more seasoning personally.
The chocolate tart was very tasty and very pretty ?

This place is one of my favorites now. We went here after seeing a huge line at our go-to French spot. However, I'm glad that ended up being the case because this place is spectacular. I had the original crepe which is filled with ham and cheese. Delicious! They also have a huge selection of sweets like macaroons and tarts. The Blueberry Lemon tart is a must try!

The only complaints I had was it gets extremely packed in this tight space and you must fill your own "tiny" cup at this water filling station everytime you need water. Getting up everytime you little cup gets empty is annoying.

Every restaurant that has occupied this space has been good: Agua Santa, Bouche, and now Mille, which is like a little bit of Paris in Santa Fe. Easy walking distance from the Plaza, this brunch-and-lunch French cafe and creperie offers casual indoor seating, a shaded, dog-friendly outdoor patio, and a seating area that is something in between. Order at the counter and your food will be delivered by a very friendly and efficient staff. Yes, there is wine (mostly) and beer (a little). We sat outside with the Husky Pack on a beautiful September afternoon, enjoying a delicious bowl of plump mussels and crispy frites with mayo (I know, maybe more Belgian than French) and a sandwich straight out of Paris: Brie with real Dijon mustard, on a mini-Baguette. Excellent. The mussels broth was so tasty we took it home, even though we had eaten all the mussels. The pastry cases offer a colorful selection of macarons and other desserts, as well as baked goods, such as the almond croissants we took home for breakfast the next day, which was excellent. We’ll be back.

I emailed to order the Chocolate with Red Fruits cake for a bday party. Marcel was very responsive and accommodating. The cake was even more gorgeous than the pics on the web. Locals and visitors at the party raved about it. It was truly as delicious as it was beautiful. When I picked up the cake, I also had a lovely Quiche Lorraine for lunch. I will definitely visit Mille when I come to town again. Thanks, Marcel!

The food was delicious! The salads were fresh, and the sandwich was just perfect, reminding me of the time I spent in France. Service was good, and the outdoor seating was nice.

The salad niciose and ham & butter sandwich were both delicious. The value wasn't great. Adding an orange juice and three croissants to go totaled more than $50. The patio had decent shade but very small, low tables, and the inside had no air conditioning or fans, making it very stuffy on a summer day. I may go back because the food was great but I would be prepared to pay more than it feels like one should and to be uncomfortable.

Wonderfully French, genuine and petite, this patisserie and creperie will delight you. The menu has all the choices you want — a wider selection than the patisserie at La Fonda Hotel on the Plaza. And better pricing.
